This notice covers website visits, contact enquiries, and meeting requests. Any processing of a customer’s production catalog or user data requires separate terms that describe the agreed service and responsibilities.
2. Information you choose to share
When you complete our form or email us, you may provide your name, work email, company, role, website, use case, approximate catalog size, meeting preferences, and message. We use that information to understand your enquiry, respond, and arrange a relevant discussion.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, customer records, payment information, sensitive personal information, or confidential datasets through the meeting form.
3. Website delivery and technical information
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to serve the website and maintain its operation, such as IP addresses, request details, device or browser information, and errors. Hosting and email delivery providers may process that information as part of delivering their services.
This implementation does not install advertising cookies, session replay, or optional analytics. If that changes, this notice and the relevant consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.
4. What happens to a meeting request
If direct form delivery is enabled, the request is sent to the RankNexa team using the configured email delivery provider. The form does not create an account. A delivery confirmation is displayed only after the delivery service accepts the request.
If you choose the email option, your email application opens with the request details. Nothing is sent by this website in that flow; you decide whether to send the email through your provider. A meeting is arranged separately and is not automatically scheduled by submitting a request.
5. Purposes and sharing
We use enquiry details to respond, assess fit, discuss potential work, and keep a record of the conversation. A meeting request is not a subscription to marketing emails.
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the website and deliver communications, or disclosed where required by applicable law. Provider locations and customer processing requirements should be discussed before a separate product engagement.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage the related discussion, subject to applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every communication.
You can ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information, or withdraw consent for further enquiry follow-up, by emailing mayank@ranknexa.tech. We may need enough information to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
7. External sites and children
Links to social platforms and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
This website is intended for professional evaluation of recommendation infrastructure. It is not directed at children, and the meeting form is intended for adult business users.
